Arvind was employed by Fluor dauiel from April 1973 to Febuary 2000, where Arvind worked on heavy industrial projects in Mining and other areas. He was chief Civil Structural and Architectural Engineer from 1980 to 1985. Arvind has worked on various commercial, industrial and institutional projects.
