A new five building campus for biotech research and development. Phase I consists of a three story building with a full basement. The basement houses the central plant for the facility and the upper floors are laboratory and office space. The two story building houses office and administration uses. Phase II will consist of two three story buildings and one two story building. Total campus square footage is approximately 300,000 square feet.
